Has anyone had experience with this woman?

I can't believe that this woman has gotten away with refusing to refund money paid for trips that were cancelled by her and her company.
In all the years that I drove a tour bus (over 20 yrs), I have worked with High Adventure Tours out of Syracuse, Central Coach Tours, Utica Rome Tours, and Birnie Bus Tours. They all had a no-refund policy for customers that cancelled trips for personal reasons and even that was negotiable under some circumstances, but if the tour itself was cancelled by the company or by a venue that was featured as part of the tour, they always refunded the ticket price. It all comes down to HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.

I haven't myself but I have 2 family members who booked a tour with this outfit thru this woman. When they contacted this woman she was rude, sarcastic, refused to issue a refund & ended up slamming the phone down. That was a few months ago & they haven't recieved a cent back. This is nothing but blatent outright thievery & the sad thing is that all the people who were stiffed will never get their money back. Not surprising considering her history.

The article says that the New Hartford police are in the preliminary stages of an investigation into the matter. Maybe they will find enough to bring criminal charges for some sort of fraud or something. I wonder if she is on probation or anything from her previous crimes. The people she screwed would at least get the satisfaction of sending her larcenous ass to jail.
