Yes, Kim. It was a very good thing. One of my colleagues said it was a good thing I found out now rather than marry her and have to pay her half my salary for life after the divorce. Leave it to the lawyers to say something like that. lol!

5'10" is a good! Well Swimmy let me see what I can do for you! This is starting to turn into an online dating sight. hahahaha..... My husband is Italian and I'm what you call a mayonnaise face. That is what he calls me, and I tell him that he is greasy. ;D Like I said before we have fun! hahahaha.... He tells our daughter to call me white bread and then he makes fun of me because I don't have a tan. I wouldn't doubt it if you knew any of my friends, they know a lot of people. I don't know too many of their friends because I don't get to go out all the time. I do know that they know a lot of people.

Sorry for the misnomer swimmy. I thought you were divorced. Thank goodness you have not had to suffer that humiliating and hurtful event. Usually a mutual mess, caused by both parties, that leaves the children the vicitms hurt the most.
No Lucy, I am not married. At least not by NY law. I probably am married by common law, as Kathy and I have been together for over 12 years. I might add that we have had only one serious misunderstanding in that 12 years and find that true love usually is enough to overcome worldly bullshit, and misunderstandings.
We have a policy of never going to bed mad at each other, even if we stay up until the wee small hours, which has never been necessary. Usually one of us realizes that we are wrong, and then it is simply having the good sense to admit our wrongdoing or wrong thinking and get over it, haha!
With practice, "I am sorry" and "I was wrong" are really not that hard to spit out, LOL.
Kathy is truly my soulmate, and I am positive that God has one in mind for each of us, if we are willing to wait, and allow fate to find one for us. We do everything together and are seldom seen apart, but that is by choice. I go fishing, and she bowls on nights that I don't, but normally, we are content to do everything together.
When the right one comes along, you will know. I was with Kathy for only a short time before I realized that we were more than simply "compatible." We were meant to be together. We have never married, because we have both been married before, unsuccessfully and simply see no reason to ruin a good friendship with paperwork at our ages. LOL!

Lucy, that's interesting. The guy who said it to me is a family law attorney. That's why I thought it would only be something a lawyer would think of. I stand corrected. Sounds like you both share a very healthy relationship and truly get along well. That's awesome! :-)

So last night I was at the Brewery handing out beer. It was fun it gave me something different to do for the night. It made me realize how rude some people can be to the person that is handing them their beer. Some people were just plain rude and ignorant. I thought that Hippies were happy go lucky people. There were even a few people that got loud with us. Arguing about cup sizes, and that they want to see us poor the beer straight from the tap. Then arguing about going 5 feet to get tickets, why can't i just give them the beer. Now don't get me wrong there was a guy there that looked 70 that wanted a beer and didn't have a ticket so we let him just put money in the jar. For the people that were rude screw them I would've loved to thrown a beer at them. Now not everyone was rude there were some really nice people there. The people that work at the brewery they were really nice, and it turned out to be a good event. I didn't mind the music, it was relaxing. Maybe I was so relaxed from the smell of all the pot that was being smoked. ugh

lucy, it sounds like fun. I signed up to pump beer on some Thursday coming up -- better check my calendar. I'll be sure to have a few lines ready for the rude folks who don't want to go buy tickets:

I have faith, that those acting inappropriately will find their world is a much different place after they encounter Frank, LOL.
I probably would not be good for public relations. I would say the ticket line is over there buttheadnot ticky no beery! In the case of the one's wanting to watch you pour the beer, I would have to tell them what you see is what you get touchhole! Or possibly let them watch me "pour their beer" down the front of their pants, while saying Ooops.

Or there's the old standard: "Did I mention I'm a Vietnam vet? A member of the NRA? And I hear these voices?"
