CB, I didn't know that about Phil and the Casa tomato products. That would be interesting to watch.
I like the Cora tomato brand and other products especially the canned fried peppers. They taste like how my Mom made them. Something I still can't seem to get the knack of doing.

One more Cora product: the best commercial vinegar I have ever had is the Cora Wine Vinegar in 500mL bottles and marked Made in Italy Aged 8 Years. It is definitely not the red wine vinegar they sell in the one gallon plastic jugs. I don't know if Phil has a hand in making it but I do know that he has demijohn of vinegar in his basement which has been working for more than 30 years. Each time he takes a bottle of vinegar out, he puts a bottle of wine in. My son brought home a sample and it was the best vinegar of any type I have ever tasted.
