When I was a kid I had dinner at a friends and her grandmother served what I thought was Shepard's Pie but is was plated with mashed potatoes, then a hamburger sauce then stewed tomatoe sauce and was delishious. I have not been able to find this recipe. Has anyone ever heard of this.
