Don't remember having a problem except with PCDoctor, but I'm running XP and as Ralph said, "XP seems to live with anything and everything going at once." I think I did it for a few days before making my decision of which program to keep.

But I'll re-emphasize the overhead cost of running more than one, so running multiple anti-virus programs simultaneously for very long ain't a great idea from any perspective.

What they are saying is true, one at a time.

Let me point out that Ad-Aware & Threatfire are not anti-virus programs, but serve a different "anti-intrusive" purpose.
