On 60 minutes they talked about the sacred religious undergarments that Mormans wear for protection from evil. These are long cotton tee shirts and underwear that go down below the knees. No different than other sybols worn by other religions for protection against evil www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/01/31/60minutes/main3775068.shtml

I'm curious about the timing of airing an 11-year old interview at this time. Do they have a dog in this hunt?
Somehow, this feels like an effort on CBS's part to marginalize Romney and bolster McCain on the eve of Super Tuesday. McCain has often been a darling of the media because of his propensity for sticking his finger in the GOP's eye. If John Kennedy were running today, would they dig up a story about some Catholic religious orders wearing horse-hair shirts or barbed wire leg bands under their clothing to remind the wearer of the suffering of Christ on the cross? Mike Wallace's legacy continues at CBS.

From my understanding the "new pairs" are not as noticeable as the old ones. I wonder how many Mormons out their don't wear them. I know a few Muslim people who do not wear head-scarves, or Jewish people who do not grow sideburns (I forget what they are really called) so I would suspect that there must be a few Mormons who don't wear their sacred underwear.

They wear funny underwear at the Fort Schuyler Club?? Hell, from the examples I have seen coming and going from there, I would think Depends would be the undergarment of choice!
