I imagine that up there is not different than anyplace else. They can't violate them until they find them again if they decide to move and not re-register or notify their parole officer. I would be in favor of the GPS tracking and ankle bracelets or an implant for rapists and child molesters. I have no problem with that either and in the near future it will come around. Just keep in mind for now that when they violate even for not registering immediately, they are gone for a very long, long time. Almost indefinitely. Most fear that and do what is strictly required of them. For those that run, they can run but they can't hide forever and they are put up on the most wanted list immediately. When caught they are history to society forever.

Did they catch the rapist yet? Nothing yet. All points to someone is hiding him but possibly not in this area.

I always TOOK my kids trick or treating, rather than letting them go alone, even the length of a block. I hope parents are especially vigilant with this sick bastard on the loose and Halloween coming up. Perfect opportunity for this kind of pervert to do their thing and to pick a victim. Either a little person, or a teen aged girl.

Either a little person, or a teen aged girl. Sh*t Clipper, even with this guy on the loose I wouldn't take my kids door-to-door trick or treating today anyways. Way too many wackos out there everywhere putting strange dangerous things in the candy they hand out and doing other things to ruin it for the kids. The safer bet is take them to the malls who give out candy or to any firehouse who give out candy and parties for all kids. Just wouldn't want to put my kids in any danger for just a few pieces of candy.
