Well I live in Rochester and we are close to everything within driving distance....NF, 1000 Is,, Finger Lakes, Buffalo, Toronto and Canada...oh I forgot even Utica for some good food. I have my lake with in a few minutes from my house ...what more could I ask for.

Who doesn't love Rochachaha, My Moms family was from there, every holiday we went! Lots of food, sights and sounds! I love Rochester White Hots, they are the best.

You hit the nail on the head Urbanhermit. It IS the oneupsmanship and ego that escalates some of the political posts to a heated level. I plead guilty to that one 100%. I guess it is present on most forums, and hard as we try it does raise it's ugly head here occasionally. Usually involving me and my dislike of the present administration. We never let it rise to the level of TOPIX, and in my case it is partially a hard head and a French Canadian temper. (no comments from the peanut gallery BZ)   lol! Don't have to....you said it all. ;D  |
