Glad the case if finally closed. Not sure if I was still living there at the time but I do remember the story.
I have some other stories that haunt me. One was when I worked at Metlife and the son and his mom worked there. He killed his parents while they were sleeping.
Then there was the Shawcross serial killer. (roch,ny) His wife worked as an aide for the healthcare agency I worked for at the time.
Then shortly after that story, the house across the street from that agency there was a murder. The husband hired some bozos to kill his wife for her insurance money.
To this day I have problems thinking of going by the Genesee River at Turning point as Shawcross hung out there and commtted murders. (even though I think he is now dead it creeps me out)
I thought DNA was 100% but according to the Utica OD story they said it was close enough but not 100%.

Oh, OK Clip. I read it wrong.
Chris, that one from Met killed a prostitute by the last name of Irazarry. Is that who you're thinking of? They found her body in a farmer's field in Schuyler.

No Stoney. This happened in the late 70's. The mother worked at Metlife as our Customer Rep. They adopted him and wer an older couple. He was probably around 18 or 19 at the time and he shot them in bed with a rifle. It has been so long ago that I forgot the names. This was the Medicare Division of Met Life in the IRS building the opposite corner of G&E bldg. 298? maybe on Genesee St.

Well it was great to work for when I was there. One of the best places I ever worked for but it got worse once they moved to the Airport from what I hear. Back then it was like one big happy family. I left after we lost our contract and moved back to Rochester. (I want to say his name was Dale ?)

I started off up on Cosby Manor Rd. (only a mile away from home!) but then we all ended up at the Airport in '98. I found the women to be very catty, but maybe it was better when you were there. I always said I was hired under false pretenses, because they seemed to be interested in my previous work with the disabled/rehabilitation, but once I got there I found it was all a matter of money & focusing on how to get out of paying claims. Met & I mixed together like oil & water; constant stress. I'm not the corporate type!
