Tomorrow another evening with the stars. Anyone planning on watching the show/shows (red carpet and Barbara Walters..which will be her last one)
What are your predictions?
So far they are picking some that I don't agree with.....(Hollywood politics)
Still looking forward to watching. Does Utica do Oscar night. We have several going..one at the Eastman house and one for charity at a theater......dress up or dress down. ;D

Well Chris, got done with my daughter's baby shower today and now am hitting the couch to relax and will watch the Oscars. The sad part is, didn't have the time to go to the movies and didn't see one picture that is nominated, so I can't give an opinion on any of the movies. Just started to watch "The Red Carpet" part of the Oscars and saw Sandra Bullit interviewed. God, she looks absolutely gorgeous. I really like that girl and most all her movies. Guess I'll be routing for her even if I didn't see the movie. ;D

Sandra Bullock, not bullit. She is hot, and has always been my favorite. Loved her in the Miss Congeniality movies.

what in the hell was the deal with the woman who pulled a Kanye West moment on some guy getting his oscar for a documentary talk about rude and obnoxious wow Yeah Corner, I caught that to. Who the hell was she? She was one rude bitch. The poor director winning never got to say a word. I felt so bad for him. Nothing about it on the news or in the paper. Must be the Academy doesn't want to address her actions for some reason. Other then a few high-lights, which there weren't too many, I did find the show rather boring this year. The "Red Carpet" program on before the Oscars was much more entertaining.

What happened, Corner? How was the shower, Bobbie? Thanks for asking Stoney. It was quite exciting for my daughter since it is her first baby. All went extremely well and everyone attending said they had a great time. We kept it friendly so no one felt left out, kept it busy with lots of laughs, games and delicious food coming out the whole time of the event. Elaine Hinkel, owner of Club Monarch and her son Joey, out-did themselves for me. They added so much food as a surprise for my daughter and all was out of this world. Everyone raved about the quality and quantity. Couldn't have asked for anymore or any better. Melissa got so many beautiful, needed baby items and was delighted with everything. It was her day and she loved it. She looks so cute expecting and will make a wonderful Mommy. ;D ps: They decided on baby-girl's name. The proud parents chose, "Giuliana Maria Lyn." The middle names are in memory of my granddaughters who passed away 25 yrs ago. All in the family just love baby-girl's chosen name.

Thank you girlfriend. I will relay your thoughts to Melissa. I love it too. ps: Just between you and I........I've called Giuliana Maria Lyn, "baby-girl," for so long now that it'll probably be my nick-name for her. ;D

Nothing wrong with that!! Grandma's pet names are always the best & the ones remembered as kids grow up.

You are so right on that! Both my grandmothers gave me pet names that are still remembered by many and still used. ;D
