reminds me of the Turkey Farm...but that's not my answer. I am thinking its in the New Hartford area.
the ventilators look familiar to me too. reminds me of the monastary roofs.

My brother in-law emailed me. He worked at Utica State for years, and says it is the old transportation garage at Utica State. He reads the forum, but has never signed up to be a member that I know of, unless he is under a screen name that I am not aware of, haha.
Is he right Shadowman?

Proctor park or (forgot tthe area) its a park off the parkway where there are pavilions for a picnic. My guess somewhere in the East Utica side of town.
