So maybe that's why she's finally ready to cut loose and hit the dating scene at the tender age of 106. Statia, who could easily pass for 88 or 89, says she's looking for love. If you know any lonely centenarians who live near Ireland, maybe you should pass along her number. She's got a sense of humor, telling one reporter, "Those that get married do well, but those that don't do better." Fiery! If she can't find a man and is willing to learn Chinese, maybe she could be pen-pals with Wang Guiying, a 107-year old Chinese lady who finds herself in the same "predicament." Although 106 years of eating Poptarts alone in bed doesn't necessarily sound so bad. She's a cougar out on the loose!!!!!

I bet she is a hotty, haha. I have always left the cutoff at 80yrs old though. She is just a tad too old for me.  How about Swimmy? Does this "chick" like to party, and have a place in her heart for two siamese cats? Just think what she could teach Swimmy with all of HER experience over the years, hahaha. Dust off the fedora Swimmy. There is a hotty on the prowl, LOL.  Let's face it Swimmy, this one doesn't have time for head games, and that is a fact, haha.  I am with an "older" woman Swimmy. Maturity and stability count for alot. I don't know if THAT much maturity is good though. Kathy is 7 years older than I am, but 70+ years might be a little much.  Just a thought, I wonder if she is related to our "Dan?" He is related to the Kealy family. Might be a wild and rowdy Irish cousin a few times removed, haha. |

My BFF's mom just turned 103 y/o. God Bless her and my BFF. They live in AZ. Not sure if its the hot son or the good German mountain air she grew up on.

Is that why the 37-yr old I complained about in text-ettiquette acted like such a 2-yr old? The older ones are just as immature as the younger ones, only with more experience at it. |

By the time they reach their sixties, most have gained a sufficient amount of maturity to be fairly stable, haha.

Lucy, I was just saying that by the time one reaches their 60's it is safe to assume that most have reached maturity. No intent to demean the younger generation, and certainly no gender bias intended. LOL! Hell, if we haven't reached maturity by the time we are in our sixties, we just aren't going to reach it at all.  |
