Don't think you're a quitter. You have plenty of time to decide that. It just some cards don't always fall when we want them to, but there's always more cards in a deck. When it's right and when you least expect it, they will fall in your favor. ;D

Don't quit yet Swimmy. My brother and my sister were both in their thirties when they married. I was 20. Both of them are still happily married, and I have been married and divorced more than once.
You will be married and have kids. All in good time. That crap about setting a schedule to have the 3 1/2 kids, the house in the burbs and two cars in the drive by 35 or 40 is garbage. Don't rush it Swimmer. Happiness is in your cards. The winning hand just hasn't been dealt yet, and the game is young.

Good idea. You will never find it if your looking. It likes to sneak up on you when you least expect it. ;D

Good idea. You will never find it if your looking. It likes to sneak up on you when you least expect it. ;D Absolutely correct! I think every successful relationship I know of was serendipity. The trouble with having a plan to find someone is that you may force it someday.

That's the thing, I wasn't on a plan. Thought I had that type of relationship, but was in for a rude awakening.
I'm doing hoping that I'll find someone. My career and finding a home are my top priorities now. Maybe I'll get back into taking flight lessons.

There you go and maybe you'll find some cute angel sitting on one of the wings trying to bum a ride. ;D ;D ;D I remember when I was very young wanting to take flying lessons. (little did I know what was needed to accomplish this) I remember asking my dad to take me to the local airport and went up for a ride around the block. (all they did was take me up and buzzed me around the airport for about 5 minutes) Remembering my helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon I would never even make for a good passenger let alone a pilot. They put me on the side that was totally glass and every time the helicopter tilted on my side I felt like I was going to slide right out the door. I flew with my eyes closed and when I shot any photos they were just aim and shoot and hope for the best cause I could not even look out the window. I shot over my shoulder. ;D ;D ;D Needles to say I kissed the ground when we landed.
