I've been out of the online loop lately. Just wanted to stop by and say hello. Also to catch up on anything I've missed. I see NYRI pulled out, Strike has a good post on that strikeslip.blogspot.com/2009/04/dare-we-celebrate.html . Anything else I've missed? Hope everyone is doing well and has a great weekend. |

Thanks Clipper! I feel soooo old now. Big 30. I can't say I'm in my twenties anymore, lol. My little nephew's 3rd B-Day was yesterday, so we had a big party for jim today. It was great being with the whole family. Now I'm just relaxing and catching up on some stuff around the house.

Hi Larry, Welcome back and Happy Birthday. As for what you missed, we had a discussion on the New State Budget and Roanne's desire to find "new ways to tax people." Please see the Taxes and more Taxes thread. I know you’re not a State Assembly Rep but I would be interested in your perspective. Do you think there is any goodness in this budget and does it help us here in the Utica area? Would you vote for it? Thanks!
