Maybe that is where we have to change. Start throwing off those capable of working who sit on their porches all day and night drinking their beers and doing their drugs while we drive by them to work every single day. Not to mention driving by them feeling very tired because they have to party all night keeping the working person awake. Something drastically wrong with that picture. 
I personally wouldn't have a problem throwing them and their entire families out on the streets.
