Windmills will not mar the landscape any more than it is right now... anybody every look at the pink glow north of utica at night... looks like a friggin UFO crashed in marcy.. the way the powerlines go across the area right now looks like i was playing sim city when i was drunk....
every time i drive thru madison.. i go... ohhhh and ahhhhh.... what would you rather see on the top of glass factory??? chunks of static electricity flying around like ufo's... actual UFO's... those scary ass power lines... or some windmills???
I woudlnt pay 40K for a mill myself.. but in five years.. i bet your going to see rooftops that go for under a K...
