Well, in a way it has, I've read. Trafficking in human body parts. Big business. As modern technology provides more and more organ replacements, you'll find third world governments looking for more excuses to execute trouble makers and sell their parts to nations with great health care benefits. The OD may be keeping a list of forum troublemakers.
