Concerned, I can agree with your statement regarding the state our world is in and the path it appears to be going down.....but that can be fixed.
While I can forget nothing, I can forgive much. Some people make mistakes, some are made broken by circumstance, some are broken by others and their beliefs.
However, throughout time there have always been some that were beyond that; some that were born "wrong"......call it evil or whatever you want to, but they are "wrong" nonetheless.
They perpetrate crimes that most criminals themselves would consider heinous, even the murderers and rapists.
As much as I can tolerate, these acts are beyond forgiveness.
If thine eye offends thee, pluck it out.
They are the bad eye in the body of the human race and need to be removed.

True, Ralph. I think I mentioned this before, but I won't forget the scene from the book "How Green Was My Valley," where the men of the village simply took the guy who had raped and killed a little girl to the edge of a cliff and threw him into the sea. It was the ancient way to rid themselves of an evil and threatening presence in their midst. In the scene, they didn't do it lightly, but they were determined such would never happen again. While this took place, the British overlords were dickering among themselves over fine points of law and whether the culprit should be tried in Wales or England, etc.
