Did you collect Hot Wheels as a kid or know anyone that did. Maybe you still do... If so, let me know what you have and if you would like to part with them. Mike

I had quite a few matchbox toys, but no hotwheels. My oldest son has the matchbox cars and trucks, some of which are real collectors items now. I bought lots of Mattel Hotwheels for my younger boys over the years but they didn't collect them, they played with them and they are probably long gone, haha.

Mike, I remember my son had Hot Wheels, when he was a kid. I'm trying to remember, are they O scale or no scale?

My 7-year old grand-nephew has at least a half-ton of Hot Wheels cars. I know because he hands them to me one-at-a-time and waits expectantly for a comment on each one every time I visit him.
(Needless to say, no other activity delights me more)

I wouldn't have the love that I still have for them today if I didn't play with them! I always make sure kids get cars when they come to my house. Heck, I even give packaged Hot Wheels for Halloween!

(Needless to say, no other activity delights me more) Frank you need to get him a track set called "Starter Set". It's real inexpensive. It has a little house with rollers and some track. Set it up and he will play all day! He can ad like 20 cars and watch them go round and round!

Mike, Happy New Year! Have a friend who has a black 1974 Porsche Hot Wheel in mint condition. No box. He would like to know what it might be worth. Let me know what you think.

LOL, Mike. I think that's the first set I bought him. Last year, we got him some scrap lumber (1x2s, 1x4s, etc.) and sanded the edges. He builds miles of track throughout the house.

Bobbbiez, I would have to see it. It all depends on the wheels & tampo's (decals). There are some that are worthless and then there is one that is quite rare.... Have him send me a pick if he can.

Just got my camera for my B.B. and it's making me crazy. If I can figure things out later tonight I will send it to Ralph, who then can post it for me. If you don't get it by tonight then you'll know it won out again.

bobbbiez, don't MAKE me come over there to show you how. Have you figured out how to download the pictures from you camera to your computer yet? If so, the next step is to go to www.photobucket.com and sign up for a free account. Then report back here and we'll talk you through the next step.

Hey Frankie, "come up and see me sometime!" ;D I'm waiting for my son to come home to help me. Can't put the car on yet because his friend who has it lives in Rome, but I will be going to check on my camp sometime this week and will pick it up then. He did mention something about a red strip around it's tires. Don't know if that means anything. Am gonna try to put my little Phyllis's picture on the forum tonight. Figure I'll practice on that. So, if you don't hear from me, you'll know I screwed up royally.
