If you go out Bleecker St past the old Chicago Pneumatic, Ferguson Rd, and Dyke Rd, you turn right on Frankfort Center Road about 100 yards past Dyke Rd. Frankfort Center firehouse is up the road on the right.

Clipper, can you think of why anyone would archive a couple of thousand photos of fire sirens?

Do you remember the sign on the old 5S on the way into Frankfort that read, "Frankfort, a town with a future!" And kids scrawled on it, "But Oh, what a past."

That is exactly what I thought when went to the link, LOL.
I guess different things interest different people. I suppose there is probably someone out there that collects photos of gas station men's rooms that he has visited. Whatever fires your rocket I guess, haha.
I have often thought about collecting photos of hanging traffic lights. Just the ones hanging over the intersections, not the ones on posts on the corners. Too much clutter in photographing the street level signals. Hmmmm. All of the photos would be shot looking upward at a 45 degree angle and would include a photo of the light displaying each of the three color options. It would keep me busy for the rest of my days, and I would probably never get farther than a few miles from home.
I might start a separate album for just the turn arrows at those intersections.
