It looks like several games got yanked. What happened? Where's "Name that Tune"?

Some of the topics had not been posted to for a while, and I just dropped them, figuring if you want them back, all you have to do is tell us and we can put them back.
It just seemed that in a short period of time, we had put up a whole bunch of new topics that were only posted to by a few members, and did not show a lot of interest. If you are interested in name that tune I will put it back up.

Nah, that's ok. Nobody seemed to be that interested in it. We used to have a lot of fun with it on a larger board I helped manage, so I thought it might fly here, too.

I put it back up but ralph will have to reorganize where it is on the index. Sorry I took it down if you were interested in keeping it going. I won't mess with your toys anymore, I promise, Hahaha!

Why not just leave them up. If someone is interested in posting, post. If not, oh well. There is always someone who will come up with something to post, no matter how sporadic.

I guess you are correct. Just seemed to not be generating the interest that was there when we put it up there.
I have to ask Ralph what the limits of space are on here. Do ya realize that every post since the forum originated is still on here?? Sheeesh. If there is no harm in leaving it all on there, I would leave it alone. I thought I was doing a little "harmless housecleaning" haha.

Yeah, it's nice. unlike the idiots at the disgrace... I'm sure there is a limit with an automatic archiving algorithm so that only the most recent posts are accessible.

I may be unnecessarily concerned. I just wondered when I found that there are 20 pages of posts still on here in the "general" category alone. I would hate to see the thing messed up if Proboards decided to delete some stuff or lock the thing up because it used all the space alotted to us, if there is such a thing.
I just kinda thought if we were going to clean house a little, I would rather delete something like the unused games or such and not the archived discussions.

Clippy, don't do it on my account. I was just hoping to add a few things that might garner some interest.
Carry on, oh fearless leader..

I guess there is no "space problem" with proboards. You go ahead and suggest whatever you would like to see up here, and we will see if we can make an effort to do what we can to make it work. Hell, I don't mess with no chicks with whips! LOLOL I have tender old hide, and I bruise easily, hehe!

I think the games section might be under used because you cannot see the page without signing in. If most users here are like me, I tend to read the boards when not logged in and only log in to post a response. But I'm making a concerted effort to visit the games section when I do log in.

I must be weird. I always log in. It only takes a second. I log in for 6 hours at a time, but then again, I am retired and have more time to keep checking in periodically during the day. I pop in and out all day long.

I am like swimmy I don't always log in, I look at the board during the day but normally while at work I do not log in.

Sometimes, I don't have time to log in and post anything. So I just visit as a guest and look around briefly. Unless there is something that I'm just dying to post, I usually will not log in until I have more time to log in and post.

I wouldn't be too concerned about space Clipper. We've had our bird board up and running on Proboards for almost three years, and with tons of photos we are still just a tiny little board compared to some. This one is a speck!!!
