Denny's has become the late night spot to commit crimes. I would be afraid to go to the Denny's in Rome at night anymore unless they have brought back the off duty cops for security. There was never any problem with the cops stood by the cash register, and squelched any loud and inappropriate drunken behavior.
I have never been in the N Utica Denny's at night. Hell, it isn' unique to Denny's though. It used to be loud drunks after hours, but now you don't know who has been using what chemical when they come in for pancakes and coffee, haha.
It is pretty safe to say that the guy that eats 4 grand slams and still wants a burger to go, is the dude that has been smoking the good shit.
