Hadn't heard that, Strike. Guess I shouldn't be surprised to find there is no free lunch. It's quite a large township, so I was hoping their apparent success had to do with scale.

But we need the park for economic development. Anyone against this latest venture in economic development is not only anti-economic development, but also a detractor who poses a serious threat to the town's way of doing things.
