Any one care to write to Bob Freeman and ask him? I'd volunteer, but I think it might be somewhat frivolous without regard to a specific instance. Better if someone in NH with vested interest and a specific case and request were to do so.

Also the agency has five business days to respond to a FOIL request. I suppose the answer could be, "we're still looking for it." Still, that's pretty impressive. To email a request and get an answer that soon.

Yes, they could say they're still looking for it, but they have to give an approximate date that is reasonable for the petitioner to expect to receive the documents.

I am not happy with the money they are going to put into a terminal building, for a passenger service that will never become a reality. Utica-Rome has not been able to support a decent passenger service since the days when Mohawk Airlines was successful. It has been downhill ever since the 60's for passenger service in the Mohawk Valley.
The former Griffiss runway and airfield is a great asset to develop for cargo, but we are pissing away millions in trying to chase the dream of making it a destination that can compete with Hancock Field in Syracuse.
Unless you consider the fact that a piper cub may drop in from Canada to fish in Lake Delta, I don't see where it qualifies as an International Airport.
