Right now Tennessee has the highest daily rate of new cases in the entire country. Makes a person a bit uneasy knowing that he lives in a state with so many morons. I did a curbside pickup of a few things at Food City today and while I was sitting in the truck waiting I could see inside the lobby of the store. I didn't see mask number one going to the door and only one or two people put on a mask after they were inside. They grabbed a cart and went on their way. Same thing coming out. Only about 1 in 8 or 10 had on a mask.

I was just reading that in the County I lived in at Eureka, Missouri already over 300 children have been placed in guarantee at home.

Bristol is going to be over run with cases. The Rhythm and Roots Festival is coming up. They close off State Street and it is line with vendors. There are stages set up in several locations around downtown and country entertainers play. So far a pretty large numbers of actual nationally known personalities have cancelled their appearance because of Covid concerns.
On the weekend of the 18th the fall NASCAR races are going to be held. I guess we might as well have a SECOND super spreader event just in case someone escaped being infected at the Rhythm and Roots.

At Walmart, we have a mandatory mask order for all employees when they are in the building, or delivering to OGP customers, on or off the clock.
Still a challenge to make it happen 100% with them.
