This is a true animal. Prison will keep him off the streets but New York is way to liberal and he will live a good life with allot of extras in the prison setting.
He will never be rehabilitated and will be able to do nothing for society but hurt and violate children.
If their is any one reason to have the Death Penalty this type of crime should be it. A true predator that needs to be put down for good.
