*Note: Personally gratifying post following... Tanoury v. Julian, et al.: Where are they now? There were three main defendants in my lawsuit - Tim Julian, Tim Doyle and John Daniels. Julian lost re-election, Doyle was fired and Daniels just resigned in disgrace. I won the maliciously procured criminal case, won the civil case, and won the election. I know this sounds self-serving, but understand that it has been over four years that I have been waiting to say this. After all my family had to go through, it is nice to be reassured that God does work in mysterious ways and what goes around does, in fact, come around. So if anyone else ends up dealing with a similar situation, just hang in there and don't give up. Stick to your principles and don't allow them to drag you down to their level. In the end, evil will not win.

larry what is the real deal to the resignation was fbi really involved as suggested on other forums? Corner, I know there was definitely an investigation going on. From what I understand it was at the State level. I understand, but can't confirm, that he did have his computer seized. I know there was also an issue of his wife being arrested for attempting to illegally fill a prescription of a narcotic drug, but I don't know if that actually had anything to do with this. From what I understand, this was on its way before the wife thing. I have heard many different rumors about what the investigation was about, but I won't comment on them here without any facts. I am convinced that there is much more to this though. The problem is that his resignation will likely suffice any investigation or charges that may have been pending. That's a problem because this is the same guy that lied (and I'm convinced that he even lied to Julian) under oath in order to try to have me convicted of something that was entirely bogus and frivolous. I would still love to know the full story about that whole deal (i.e. Did Daniels and Doyle lie to Julian and end up deeper than they expected? Did Julian tell them to do it? Why would they even think to do something so stupid? etc.) I guess I may never know what the real motivation was, but I am becoming more and more convinced that me AND Juian (to an extent) were victims in that whole mess.

I guess what they say about "what goes around, comes around" is true.
