What are pumpkin flowers? I have never heard of them before, I think that I need to google them. The next Zucchini that I get I'm going to fry them! I can't wait! Thanks for the ideas everyone.

Hey lucy! You can "google" those pumpkin blossoms if you like, but I think they would be tastier battered and fried, hahahaha, lolololol!

If you fry the flowers make sure that after you wash them you let them dry real well.(blot with paper towels and let sit ) Then I dip in flour then egg then back into a breadcrumb, cheese and add a tblsp of baking soda and flour salt pepper garlic salt to the bread crumb mixture. Fry them and enjoy!

Another recipe for the Zuchini is baked. I'm doing this tonight I forgot all about it until my grandfather gave me more zuchinni's to cook(YIKES) You slice the zuchinni and layer with onions, potatoes and in between each layer you put bread crumbs, cheese(peccorino romano) and drizzle olive oil. On the top layer you put a thin layer of fresh tomatoes... bake on 350 until it is cooked through i suggest covering with foil until ten minutes before it is done. P>S> This is not lowfat.....
