Holy Cow down to a 34 waist from a 36" from a 52"! Alas my diet continues on track. 170 lbs down from 300 lbs. Now to do something about my height 30" pant length just stays the same!!!!!!
Now to drill another hole in my two belts. I should really buy another belt these two look silly with all these holes in it.

WOW! Congratulations. That is nothing short of awesome. I have a constant struggle with my weight. I go up and down like an elevator. I am close to 300lbs at present. A year or so ago I got down to 240 and felt great. I recently went back to the plan from the VA that worked so well for me. I will most likely follow it through the winter and lose a bunch of weight and then come next summer I will go back to eating like a fool, and will gain again. Kathy is a terrific cook and baker, and I LOVE TO EAT.
Keep up the good work PB. You seem to be a fan of good food and wine. It is difficult when one truly enjoys eating. Part of MY problem is even when I eat healthy, I eat too much, and I tend to snack between meals.

I just limit portions and I only have my measured snacks. I think CB measures his snacks also. My evening snack is 4 grain crackers with plain Hummas to which I add some Zaartar spice which is a Middle Eastern Spice that I love I also have one 8 oz glass of my dry red wine. My lunch is always the same: small plain yogurt, a small cucumber and one piece of fruit--a plum or small apple. My breakfast is my yogurt protein with plain canned pumpkin and 1 teaspoon apple pie spice or my mixture of cinnamon, glove, nutmeg. I have that with 2 cups coffee with half and half. Supper is my bigger meal.
I also take a bunch of supplements.

Great job! Do you find it easier to climb stairs? That was one of the things I noticed. I can go up a flight of stairs without knee pain. I switched to military style web belts from Herb Phillipsons. No holes and easy to adjust sizes. Not expensive.

One of the things I do is decide on how much I am going to eat and put that on my plate. Since childhood I always clean my plate. If I limit how much is on my plate, I limit how much I eat.

I've never had a weight problem. Me, I can't gain weight. I'm 5'8" & the most I've weighed in my entire life was 170 & that was 20 years ago. But i was also pounding the beers down big time. Lol. Now I'm down to 150 & I don't watch my diet. Last winter i was up to 160 but burned it off during the summer.
