Ralph, do you still keep the same aisle 8/9 but with the new items or do you have to go to the products you were in charge of regardless of what aisle's they are in? I am a little upset with Walmart. I went to return some recyclable cans and both can redemption slots where cans are returned were broken. So I went to Customer Service and was told I would have to go someplace else because they do not have any containers in Customer Service like they used to. I will have to send and email to corporation headquarters and report this. Do they have the machines for recycling bottles and cans PB? I used to love listening to the crunching sound when you put the can in. Makes a person want to think twice before sticking their hand in the chute.

Oh yes I was talking about those machines. They always have a problem that causes some difficulty. They need more of them in the redemption area. Two for cans is not enough especially when not taken care of.
Last week I went to the New Hartford store and every machine was broken. Well I raised a stink. Huge stink. Some busy bee came a rather nervous dame of immigrant origin who had no idea what I was talking about. I said to her twice that she didn't know what she was doing. She didn't understand. So I thought I would have some fun and tell her if you look in the shoot a can is stuck reach your arm in there and pull out that can. I said that in a rather authoritarian voice. She did and pulled the can out. I was hoping for something else. But then the machine worked. I was happy and she was too laughing and laughing.

I've been in and out of my store a number of times since my surgery and I dread going back. They split my aisle, 8/9, into three different areas. 9 with condiments went to aisle 7 and grew, and 8 went to aisle 18 and grew as well. The bulk foods that were at the end of my aisle went to the middle of aisle 12. I've spent my time at home searching for other places of emplacement but haven't heard a peep as of yet. I go back to work on the 2nd of October and already want to tear my hair out after seeing it all. Ralph, i heard that Bank of America on Horatio Arterial may be hiring for CSR's. The starting pay is about $17/hr with benefits & I know they hired a few people a couple months ago. Just thought I'd pass that along.

Ralph I overheard the same thing on the Bus from employees working there. After January the pay goes to $20.00/ hour. Nice place to work and you know computers and technology like that and it would be a perfect fit. This past week I have noticed three new employees up thee getting on the Bus, they have two shifts and part time also.

Hannaford is pretty good about returnables.
Barbuses the system that lets her put a sticker on a bag of cans and bottles, gives it to me when she sends me to pick up the one item she is missing for the night's dinner and the money shows up in her account in a day or so.

Nice place to work and you know computers and technology like that and it would be a perfect fit. This past week I have noticed three new employees up thee getting on the Bus, they have two shifts and part time also. I've applied there a couple times, but I don't think they want me there for some reason. As far as the recycling machines go, I have no clue as to what is going on with them. Us CAP workers are on the same rung of the ladder as cashiers........the bottom. They keep us in the dark and feed us lots of crap.
When I go back I will be wherever they want to put me, but I have been told I will stay with the coffee in 18 and do the condiments in 7 after/if I finish 18.
They will be in for a shock when I get back as I have no intention of working as fast or as hard as I did. I'm far from lazy, but have no wish to go through the surgery I went through a second time. I had had a physical not too long before I left Dunkin, and I was fine. I didn't tear all those muscles and give myself a hernia lifting coffee cups and donuts. After going through hell for over two years I feel pretty damn good now and have no wish to change that.

My rule has been that if I am shopping for 3 items I need a list. I am not quite to making a list of two items yet.
