Looks delicious but I can't do curry. I can't stand the smell of the spices while it is cooking. When I had my cleaning business I got a call once from a couple in Rome who had purchased a house from an Indian couple. They could not get the smell of the curry out of the house. I cleaned all the upholstery and carpet, and then they went to a motel over night and I ran an ozone generator for several hours in the kitchen and the rest of the night in a hallway where it could permeate the bedrooms and the rest of the house. I started at supper time, went back at midnight to move the machine, and again at 6 am to open the windows, put a fan in the front door blowing fresh air in, and a fan in the back door to suck air out.
It is comparable to trying to rid a house of the smell of cat urine or smoke.
