Wesley didn't seem phased over his sentence. He is a cocky S.O.B. He is still claiming his innocence.
I really feel for the family and all of his fellow officers. This will never be over for them.
R.I.P Tom and God Bless his family and fellow officers!

I'll bet the fool was honored by all of the police lining the road on his way out of town.

I was wondering why just about every cop in the county was at the courthouse as I drove by today.

I am glad that that this animal will never see freedom as he once new it. I am also saddened that he will be forgotten in the prison system and will live a life with many luxury's that one would never comprehend.
This animal is a clear cut case that deserves and should have received the Death Penalty if NY had one. Which is another reason it should be brought back and written more clearly.
I know we have had the Death Penalty discussion many times and I respect all of your views. Nobody wants to see a guy put to death for a crime he did not commit. But in a clear cut case it has to be brought back to have some deterrent before someone commits such an inconceivable crime to another human life.

I loved when evveryone lining the street turned there backs on him when the car driving him out of the courthouse passed him. I also liked the implication that his name would never be uttered again. In philosophical and theological terms it is the name of the person who causes that person to be in existence. By turning our backs to him he is non existent. Bravo

That's called the "Walk of Shame". It is used in the military as well. I was lucky enough to be at the start of the line and be the first to turn. Felt so good. That piece of shit probably had no idea what it was all about, let alone cared if he did know.

I'm certain Molina didn't care about the Walk of Shame. He has no shame.
Where he is going, he will be a hero.

Too bad a lifetime of solitary confinement with 20 minutes of sunshine is cruel and unusual.

I always wondered who determines what prison he goes to. Also where does he go and will he actually stay in a locked cell with only 20 minutes out. And then again what does he do with those 20 minutes when he does leave his cell. How can someone live in a locked cell for life . That thought would drive me mad.

It is my understanding that they are confined to the cell for 23 hours and allowed to go outside into a confined space for 1 hour a day. Marcy has little porches, almost like dog kennels, at their max facility building.
I agree, it would make me nuts to be in a place like that for even a month, much less my whole life.
