This is starting to become ridiculous. They have very seasoned administrators and several Board members who have been there for many years, I would have thought that they would have approached this capital project in a more systematic fashion to avoid all of this confusion.
Despite all of that if they can get their act together and work out all the bugs before putting a plan to voters I hope it is a plan that the community can get behind. With the current status of the New York State budget and economy it is likely that the type of aid NYS is offering for building renovations will not be seen again anytime soon.
