There is also a picture of her on AOL. IMO, she strongly resembles MRS. Spitzer - only a younger version of her.

pretty good looking girl. i'm surprised she couldn't find a sugar daddy to fund her budding music career.

;D Gee, if all goes according to my predictions, Mrs. Spitzer will be available again soon, and might be happy to meet a guy like swimmy. Have ya ever considered a "Sugar Mama" swimmy? If this woman is smart AND vindictive, she will have at least half, if not MOST of Elliot's money. Hell, after they get done with him, if they can prove all their allegations and prosecute him in a federal court, he might be a good prospect for you to hire for a law clerk when ya graduate. He won't have a law license, but they damned sure can't take away his knowledge of the law. It is too bad he forgot that minor piece of legislation that made prostitution and electronic fund transfers to criminal enterprises illegal.LOL

After seeing pictures of his wife, i cannot for the life of me understand why he strayed. She's intelligent, beautiful, and strong.

There ya go! Didn't mean to intrude on your post there Frank, just figured I would adjust the first picture and stick the second one in the same place so not to confuse the issue.
She's easy to look at, no doubt about it......but not $4,300 worth!!!!

Thanks Ralph. But you cropped out part of the boat and that's what I was looking at. <-- lie Ugh, the tat on the hand is a turn-off. I just heard an interview with a reporter who spoke with her today as well as her mother. Her mother had no idea what her daughter was doing to make a living until this weekend. Oh, and check out www.cafepress.com/buy/client9/?CMP=CJ-CLICK-10463747 That didn't take very long.

I wonder if they're worried about copyright or whatever vehicle protects the use of your face without permission. Yup, gotta wonder what such a high class P O Ass is doing with a tatoo by Bic on her hand. Her mom didn't know what she was doing, huh? Bet she didn't care, either. Did you read her auto biog on Myspace? profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=69041220

Life is all about choices.
Dave, I think it's safe to say Spitzer's face is in the public domain.

Her friends' comments are full of support, that's good, since according to her profile she has no family. It gives you a different kind of insight into her, she's no longer just the high-class hooker, but a person. Oh well...
As for Spitzer's image, the cause of action would be a tort claim of Invasion of Privacy, where his image was used without his permission. Celebrities sue for that all the time to keep their faces in the limelight. I doubt, though, you'll see Spitzer taking any action. He'll want this to pass over as quickly as possible so he and his family can move on.
