Spitzer health-care plan could ease overcrowding
I mentioned this on the disgrace forums. But I'll mention it here so there's something to talk about.
We discussed the overcrowding of emergency rooms with non-emergency ailments that ends up hurting those with serious emergencies.
This budget proposal may possibly help alleviate that. We'll only find out Tuesday.
