Hey, I'm not being judgmental. I'm just fulfilling my role as an observer of human interaction.

And it is one hell of job you do, fulfilling that role Frank.

I think this DSS guy may have waited on me when he worked for county DMV.

Very precise interpretation Swimmy. I meant no harm or ill will towards my fellow man. I consider myself to be a very eloquent persuader by using the English language as my tool. I need no brute strength, weapons, trickery nor Tom Follery of the like to convince someone that they views and perceptions are grossly skewed.
Now with that being said........
How many think the world would be better off without ignorant, self absorbed assholes like this?

I don't think anyone said specifically they would commit an atrocity. Rather, I think they just wanted a few moments alone with the bastard. It could reasonably be interpreted to mean that they want to give him the third degree about the sanctity of human life. They could actually want to follow up with my talk... Aren't you glad there's a sleazy lawyer among us? lol!

Ralph, I hope that was a reference to the John Travolta & Christian Slater flick, Broken Arrow. It's one of my more favorite straight action movies! You thought I was a computer nerd, didn't you? WRONG! I was a Navy SEAL, lady. You really should see what I can do with just my thumb. Too bad that was right before he died from getting hit in the head with a hammer thrown from a girl. Ahhh, Hollywood!

By "Ahhhh, Hollywood!" I meant the fact that you could instantaneously die from getting hit in the head with a hammer being thrown. Whether a girl threw the hammer is irrelevant.

Naww...... It was actually a reference to a Steven Seagal quote in one of his movies.
But after my 30 years of Martial Arts practice.......you really have no idea what one can do with just a thumb. ;D

I know I'm jumping in a little late hear but from what I see is: Sociologically speaking you can tell how well people like working somewhere by the way they treat there breaks. If you have people taking a break at every possible moment- and holds the company to it- then obviously that person really doesn't want to be working there. However, if you have employees that are flexible about there breaks then you have employees that like what they are doing.
Usually the first sign of problems come out in the breaks people take- its sort of a unconscious sign as even the employees themselves don't usually realise they are doing that.

I really don't agree with you. I think it is all about work ethics and basically people will goof off if they can and will. The last place I worked was an excellent place to work for and there was a certain group that just sat and talked and gossiped all day with each other. So basically what it amounted to was one long 8 hour break while the worker drones who had a work ethic picked up the slack to make sure everything got done.
