Al Roker was saying earlier that upstate NY would be seeing HEAVY snow. It is colder than a well diggers butt here today, but will be warming to the 50's tomorrow and Sunday. We may possibly see our first snow early next week. I think they are saying Monday night into Tuesday morning. The surrounding mountain tops have already seen light snows and flurries, but nothing has stayed on the ground thus far.

We didn't get much snow but it's mighty cold. When is all the snow suppose to hit us?

I was only half listening to the Today Show. I am not sure when it was supposed to hit your area. I know that the WKTV forecast definitely doesn't show and major snow storms coming your way over the next few days. I only heard Roker say that some heavy snows were headed into upstate NY and New England.

We are supposed to get a bit but so far we are below average for the season.

I think that the heavy snows are supposed to come next Tuesday. Once again I was only half listening to the 6:30 national news while talking to Kathy.

What color glasses was Al wearing. I see he has a rather large collection. Last time he had purple frames!
I bought black frames this time. Tired of brown. Lay said they make me look strict and unapproachable.. I said good!

I didn't notice PB. Personally I think he looks ridiculous with those colored frames. If I wore fully framed glasses I would probably go with a gray or black. For many years I have worn the wire frames in gold, and the last few pairs have been the ones that have the lens held in place by monofilament so there is no frame on the bottom of the lens.

I noticed at the Eyeglass store that they now carry clear lenses. No color at all. Sign says it is the new thing........

Only 24 this morning, but thankfully it has warmed to 50. I have been running the furnace in the camper so that I can go out and finish wiping out the refrigerator with a Clorox solution, make sure that there is no food items or liquids that could freeze and break, and sweep and mop the floor. Kathy's neuropathy pain is such that I don't want her to go out there and work. Some days her foot pain and burning is almost unbearable and other days it is tolerable and she can get around and do things relatively low pain level. We have a large cover that goes over the entire trailer with zippers in the side panels to allow access to the door. I don't climb any more so I am going to have to hire someone to come and get on the roof to assist in getting it on and strapped down.
