Location details: The discharge is coming from Utica's CSO 076 which is located about 2200 west of Raw Waste Pump Station along Sewage Plant Road

Discharge description: The discharge has some floatables, no odor detected

Additional information: On 5/3 at about 10:45pm, the dry side of the Raw Waste Pumping Station at the Oneida County Water Pollution Control Plant was found flooded. The flooding destroyed the control panel for the hydraulics that operate the check valves of the pumps. Timeline: 10:45pm pump station went down due to flooding on dry side. Flow to the plant was 48 MGD. 11:00pm Plant personnel were able to restart one pump. Flow to the plant was 21 MGD. Estimated 27 MGD was backing up and going out CSO. 2:10am.The pump that was running quit. Estimated 48 MGD was backing up and going out the CSO. Pumping operations to dewater the dry side of the pump station were ongoing. 7:30am One pump was restarted. Flow into the plant was 24 MGD, leaving 24 MGD going out the CSO assuming total flow was still 48 MGD. 10:25am A second pump was restarted. Flow to plant 48 MGD, estimated backup to CSO 2-6 MGD. Repairs completed by 7:25pm on 5/7. Open/ Close of CSO tide gate was being monitored. ,
