Police investigating dead body found in Utica
UTICA, NY - Utica city police are investigating a dead body found behind a home in the 400 block of Kossuth Avenue in Utica Saturday afternoon, police said.
Police said the deceased male was found at 2:30 p.m. The Onondaga Medical Examiner’s Office was contacted, and is conducting an autopsy to assist police in determining a cause of death, police said.
Police said Sunday morning they expect to have more information Monday or Tuesday when a preliminary report on the cause of death is released.

I think he died so it might not be the guy with cancer of the face. He had nothing and nobody.
Maybe it was someone without funeral insurance who went to die where someone would eventually find him
It might be a drug addict who overdosed.
Or a murder!
