Saw one of those at Lowes not long ago. I think I can probably get by with the standard seat. I don't need a "no slam" seat with a light to light the bowl. We have a dollar store LED night light in a wall socket by the toilet to insure enough visibility to maintain my aim. What next.

We are however considering the purchase of the higher profile toilets to replace the lower to the floor models now that we are older and have back trouble and arthritis. Next they will be selling johns with built in stereo music, an automatic room deodorizer dispenser, and an automatic butt wiper and bidet spray nozzle for final refreshing rinse.

We have them new toilets in our apartments. They are very nice. One feels like they are sitting on a royal throne whilst taking a royal dump. They also use little water per flush which can be a problem if one has large turds.
