Wasn't sure where to put this notification. I would guess it is national but with the way things are in the United States each State may be separatists.
USPS has this new email notification whereby one can see a photo shot of the mail coming to there mailbox. I signed up at USPScom website also because I like a head start of packages they will be delivering me through UPS. I notice that many places i order from start with UPS delivery and then hand it off to USPS.
